STEP 1: On your RemoteTeam dashboard, click on Documents.

STEP 2: Click the Document you want to add the team member to.

STEP 3: Click on Add Signer button.

STEP 4: Click the Add button for each team member that you would like to add to the document.

The team member will get an email and dashboard notification that a document has been added and will need to be signed.
