***Take note that eligibility for overtime is for fixed and daily salaried team members only. This is not an option for hourly-paid team members.***

STEP 1: On your RemoteTeam dashboard, click on People.

STEP 2: Go to the Details page of a team member by clicking on the Details button.

STEP 3: Click on Compensation.

Then click on the Update Compensation button.

STEP 4: Check "Eligible for Overtime" and set the "Overtime Policy" for the team member.

STEP 5: Select the Effective Date for the new compensation.

Click the Next button.

STEP 6: Review the changes and check "I read and I confirm everything is correct".

Click the Agree and Submit button to save the changes.

Your team member is now eligible for Overtime.
