Integration Description

You can integrate Zoom with RemoteTeam to manage your users and teams on Zoom. The integration has the following features:

  • Add your people to Zoom

  • Remove people from Zoom

  • Create a group(team) on Zoom

  • Remove a group on Zoom

  • Add people to a group

  • Remove people from a group

Integration Installation

STEP 1: Go to the Remote Team dashboard and login as administrator.

STEP 2: Click Remote Apps and you will see the following screen.

STEP 3: Search for the Zoom app and then, click the View button.

STEP 4: Now, you need to connect your account to RemoteTeam via clicking the Connect Account button.

STEP 5: Click the Connect Your Account button.

STEP 6: Then, Authorize the RemoteTeam application.

STEP 7: Congratulations, you managed to make the integration working.

Now you can add new users or remove them.

How to Add a User or Remove a User

Adding a User

STEP 1: Click the Users tab.

STEP 2: Click the "People not Using Zoom" tab.

STEP 3: Click the Add to Zoom button.

STEP 4: Now, the user is added to your zoom account.

Removing a User

STEP 1: Click the "People Using Zoom" tab.

STEP 2: Click the Cancel button.

STEP 3: The user is removed from Zoom.

How to Add Zoom Group or Remove One

Adding a Group

STEP 1: Click the Teams tab.

STEP 2: Click the Create a Team button.

STEP 3: Enter your team name on the model that showed up.

That's all, Your group has been created on Zoom.

Removing a Group

STEP 1: Click the Details button.

STEP 2: Click the Delete Team button.

Then, it is successfully removed.

How to Add a Person to/from a Group

In order to add your people to a group, your people should accept the Zoom invitation. Otherwise, you are not going to see them on the list.

Adding a Person to Group

STEP 1: Click the Teams tab.

STEP 2: Click the Details button on the same line of the group that the person will be added.

STEP 3: Click the Tab named as People not in {Group Name}.

STEP 4: Click the Add to {Group Name}.

After this step, the person is added.

Removing a Person from Group

STEP 1: Click the Teams tab.

STEP 2: Click the Details button on the same line of the group that the person will be added.

STEP 3: Click the Tab named as People in {Group Name}.

STEP 4: Click the Remove from {Group Name}.

The person will shortly be deleted from the group.

How to Uninstall the App

Click the Uninstall button showed below.

Then, your data on RemoteTeam.com will be wiped out.
