STEP 1: After logging in to the dashboard, admins should first go to the "Time Offs" tab in the left menu.
STEP 2: There are three sections of requests - Pending Requests, Current Requests, and History of Requests.
Pending Requests: This section displays time off requests sent by employees that have not yet been approved (or rejected) by admins.
Upcoming Requests: This section lists the team members who have approved time off for the future. Admins can view more information about the policy by clicking on the "Details" button.
Current Requests: This section lists the employees currently on time off. In other words, the approved time-off requests that are already being used by employees are listed here. Admins can view more information about the policy by clicking on the "Details" button.
History of Requests: This field lists requests that were previously rejected, approved, or pending. The approved and pending requests listed will not appear in the "current" or "pending" sections if they have expired and instead will be displayed in the History section. You can see more information about the policy by clicking on the "Details" button.
